Regardless of whether you've purchased an in-stock item or a custom item, If you simply aren’t happy with your order, we’ll send you a printable postage label (for use within Australia). Send back your order, and we’ll refund you once the returned item/s have been received.

If your order arrives damaged, same deal. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

Regardless of whether you've purchased an in-stock item or a custom item, If you simply aren’t happy with your order, you can return your order to us and we will refund you once the returned item/s have been received. 

If it's damaged through postage, contact me with pictures of the damage and I will send you a printable postage label to return your parcel. As above, the refund will be issued on our receipt of the parcel.

 

Being a hard steel, these knives are slightly more brittle than another type of knife, so if you go around hitting them against steel, bone, or pretending you’re on ‘Forged in Fire,’ they’re likely to chip, and I won’t cover that. But when used normally, these are awesome knives.
