6 Steak Knives - Red Gum Burl w/ Dark Blue Epoxy 120mm (5")

An ultra hard Japanese style VG-10 steel core. It is a stainless steel with a high carbon content containing 1% Carbon, 15% Chromium, 1% Molybdenum, 0.2% Vanadium, 1.5% Cobalt, and 0.5% Manganese.

The blade, not including the handle, is 120mm (5") in length, and 25mm (1 inch) in width.

These knives are razor sharp, and will hold an incredible edge. No serrated edge needed when the blade is this sharp!

The handles are Red Gum Burl with Dark Blue epoxy.
